纺织企业集成化数据库管理系统的构建

摘　　要：为满足纺织企业生产管理信息化发展的实际需求,采用面向对象的程序设计方法,在局域网环境下,开发了一种新型的集成化数据库管理系统。对系统的主要功能、工作流程进行了介绍,对系统设计过程中遇到的技术难点进行了阐述,并利用NET分层架构、存储过程等理论与技术,对数据整合策略、数据库逻辑结构设计、数据处理过程进行了详细设计。实际应用结果表明,该系统可实现在整个局域网内生产数据的共享,一方面可方便高层生产管理者实现生产成本与利润的核算以及生产过程与生产计划的监控和调度;另一方面也可为各个生产车间和部门提供集成化生产管理所需的基础数据。To satisfy practical demands of textile enterprise production management informatization development, object-oriented program design method was adopted,in local area network, a new integrated databasg management system was developed. Main functions and workflows of the system were introduced. Technology difficulties in system design were introduced. Data integration strategy, logical structure design of the database and data process were introduced in detail by theories and technologies of NET layered architecture and stored procedures. Practical application result shows that the production management in the whole local area network can be shared by the system. For one side, accounting between production cost and profit can be realized by senior production manager, production process and production plan can be monitored and adjusted. For the other side, basic data of integrated production management demand can be pro- vided to each production workshop and department.
