改性田菁胶接枝丙烯酸浆料的制备及浆纱效果

摘　　要：研究改性田菁胶接枝丙烯酸共聚浆料的制备工艺及其浆纱效果。将田菁胶在水体系中用次氯酸钠氧化,以过硫酸钠作引发剂,合成了改性田菁胶接枝丙烯酸共聚物,并将其用于纯棉纱上浆。试验表明:较理想的制备工艺为次氯酸钠用量5 mL、丙烯酸用量1.5 g、过硫酸钠用量0.03 g。认为:以理想工艺制得的改性田菁胶接枝丙烯酸共聚浆料对棉纱有较好的上浆效果。Preparation and sizing effect of modified sesbania gum grafting polyacrylic acid sizing material were researched. Sesbania gum was modified by sodium hypochlorite in water. Sodium persulfate was used as initiator, eopolymet of modified sesbania gum grafting polyaerylic acid was synthesized ,then cotton yarn was sized. The test shows that the better processing should be 5 mL sodium hypoehlorite, 1.5 g polyacrylic acid ,0.03 g sodium persulfate. It is considered that better cotton yarn sizing effect can be got by using modified sesbania gum grafting polyacrylic acid sizing material which made in ideal processing.
