摘 要:研究物联网技术在络筒工序纱线质量在线监控系统中的应用。分析了当前络筒工序中纱线质量监控存在的问题,介绍了一种以自动络筒机电子清纱器为主要载体的新型纱线质量在线监控系统,阐述了其技术架构和应用方案的工作原理。指出:该系统的应用可以改变当前纺织企业纱线质量控制"被动检查"和"滞后干涉"的现状,可实现自动坏锭追溯、移动监控以及远程技术服务等功能。认为:将物联网信息技术引入纺织生产领域,有利于更有效地实现纱线质量监控和管理。Application of things internet in yarn quality online monitor system in winding process was researched. Problems existed in current yarn quality monitor in winding process were analyzed. One new yarn quality online monitor system of automatic winder electronic yarn clearer as main carrier was introduced. The new system teehnology architecture and working principle of application case were introduced. It is pointed out that current situation of passive cheeks and hysteretic interference in textile enterprise yarn quality control can be changed hy the system. Some services can be realized such as automatic damaged spindle track, mobile monitor remote and technology services. It is considered that yarn quality monitor and management can be changed effectively by taking things internet teehnology into textile production area.
