摘  要:探讨间接蒸发冷却器在纺织企业细纱车间的应用效果。以某5万锭细纱车间为例,对间接蒸发冷却器的应用进行了计算分析。指出:细纱车间工艺排风采用间接蒸发冷却器可以简化空调室风量调节,与传统空调方式相比,可节约制冷量约20%。分析了实际节能量有所减小的原因,并从设计、安装和运行维护等方面提出了提高间接蒸发冷却器热湿交换效率的措施。认为:间接蒸发冷却器节能效果受细纱车间所在地区和排风量的影响。Application effect of indirect evaporative cooler in spinning workshop was discussed. Taking 50 000 spindles spinning workshop as example, application of indirect evaporative cooler was calculated and analyzed. It is pointed out that wind amount adjustment in air conditioning room can be simplified by adopting indirect evaporative cooler. Compared to traditional air conditioning, energy can be saved about 20%. Causes of practical energy-saving decrease were analyzed. Measures of increasing heat & moisture exchange efficiency for indirect evaporative cooler were put forwards from aspects of design,installation and operation and maintenance et al. It is considered that energy-saving effect of indirect evaporative cooler is affected by spinning workshop region and wind amount.
