摘  要:探讨细纱长细节纱疵形成的原因和防治措施。阐述了细纱长细节纱疵的分类和特点,分析了产生的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。认为:应重点解决好末并缺条、并条和粗纱包卷不良、开关车不良、并条车速过高、熟条过烂过熟、牵伸后胶辊及胶圈绕花、牵伸齿轮啮合不良、导条张力牵伸不当及细纱吊锭状态不良等问题,消除并条自调匀整装置凹凸罗拉传感器存在的缺陷,正确设定匀整延迟时间、选择适宜的凹凸罗拉宽度和压力,采用绝对测量式电子清纱器,从而取得较好的防治效果。Causes and preventing measures of yam long thin places defect were discussed. Classification and characteristics of yarn long thin places defect were introduced. The causes were analyzed and related modified measures were put forward. It is considered that some problems should be solved as key,such as missing sliver in finish doubling,roving and sliver worse package, worse switch machine, higher doubling speed, too much sliver drawing, rubber-covered roll and apron winding fiber,worse draft gear meshing, worse guiding sliver tension and spinning suspended status et al. Defect existed in autoleveler device embossing roller sensor should be eliminated. Autoleveler delay time should be set correctly ,width and pressure of embossing roller should be selected properly. Absolute measurement electronic yarn cleaner was adopted, finally better prevent effect can be made.
