棉二道精梳落毛混纺针织纱的开发

摘　　要：探讨棉二道精梳落毛混纺针织纱的生产工艺。针对棉纤维与二道精梳落毛纤维的性能差异,对二道精梳落毛纤维进行纺前预处理,通过优化配置各工序工艺参数和合理控制各工序相对湿度,有效解决了两种纤维混纺过程中出现的混和不匀、静电现象及牵伸不良等问题,最终成功纺制出棉/二道精梳落毛55/4520.5 tex针织纱,其成纱质量满足了使用要求。Processing of cotton wool noil in the second comb blended knitting yarn was discussed. According to the differences between cotton fiber and wool noil in the second comb, wool noil in the second comb were pretreated. Processing parameter in each process were optimized, related humidity in each process were controlled rationally. Problems such as fiber blending unevenness ,electrostatic phenomena and hard draft et al can be solved effectively. Finally cotton wool noil in the second comb 55/45 20.5 tex knitting yarn can be produced successfully, the yarn quality can reach use demands.
