摘　　要：探讨立达公司生产的J20型喷气纺纱机的性能。介绍了立达公司在2011巴塞罗纳ITMA展出的J20型喷气纺纱机的结构特点和主要技术性能。分析比较了喷气纺纱机与传统环锭纺、紧密纺及转杯纺纱的特性及产品适应性。认为:该机车速快、产量高、设备占地面积少。且采用无痕接头技术,纺纱器双面独立配置,可同时生产两种不同质量要求的品种,具有良好的产品适应性和灵活性。Characteristics of J20 air-jet spinning machine produced by Rieter Company were discussed. Structural characteristics and main technology property of J20 air-jet spinning machine exhibited in 2011 Barcelona ITMA were introduced. Characteristics and product suitability of air-jet spinning machine, traditional ring spinning, compact spinning and rotor spinning were contrasted and analyzed. It is considered that the speed of J20 air-jet spinning machine is faster, the output is higher, equipment footprint is less. Yarn can be jointed without trace. Spinning unit is deployed on doubleside independently, two kinds of yam can be produced at the same time, product suitability and flexibility are better.
