女性类风湿关节炎病人血清中IL1-β和TNF-α水平的研究

摘　　要：用放射免疫分析法检测 4 0例女性类风湿关节炎 (RheumatoidArthritis ,RA)患者血清中IL 1β和TNF α的水平 ,以 39名健康女性血清为对照。同时检测了RA病人血沉 (ESR)及C反应蛋白 (CRP)。结果 :女性RA患者血清中IL 1β和TNF α的水平高于对照组 ,且分别与ESR及CRP呈正相关 ;IL 1β与TNF α也呈正相关关系。提示 :IL 1β及TNF α是RA炎症及关节损伤重要介质 ,且能反映疾病活动状况 ,IL 1β和TNF α在致病中存在协同作用。IL 1β and TNF α were determined from sera of 40 female patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and 39 controls by radioimmunoassay.ESR and CRP of RA were detected,too.The results showed both of IL 1β and TNF α in RA patients were higher than controls(P<0 001,P<0 02)and had positive relation with ESR and CRP.Furthermore,positive association was noted between IL 1β and TNF α.The results suggested that IL 1β and TNF α have been implicated as important mediators of inflammation and joint destruction in RA,and they have relation to disease activity.
