摘　　要：肥胖症患病率的增加已经成为全球性的严重健康问题和社会问题,肥胖症的治疗较困难,目前国内外尚无公认的有效药物。有多种药物被研究用于治疗肥胖症,目前,奥利司他是目前惟一批准的长期使用的抗肥胖药物。Increase of obesity has become a global serious health and social problems. The treatments of obesity are difficult, and at present there are no uniform effective method. There are a variety of drugs are used to treat obesity, at present, orlistat is currently the only approved for long-term use of obesity.
