摘 要:目的研究普通人群及代谢综合征(MS)患者中血小板计数与心电图ST-T段异常的相关性。方法 2010年8月至2011年4月在沈阳地区进行了城市居民代谢综合征流行病学调查。纳入本项研究的572例受检者被分为MS组(362例)及非MS组(210例),通过单因素分析及Logistic回归,分析普通人群及MS患者的血小板计数与心电图ST-T段异常的相关性。结果不论是在普通人群中还是MS患者中,血小板计数均为心电图ST-T段异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血小板数目增多与心电图ST-T段异常存在正相关,对于心电图ST-T段异常者,特别是代谢综合征患者,血小板数目增多可以作为心血管疾病预防的预测手段,建议应用抗血小板药物治疗。Objective To determine the correlation between platelet count and ST-T segment abnormalities in the general population and patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods We did an epidemiological survey on metabolic syn- drome among urban residents in Shenyang between August 2010 and April 2011. All eligible subjects were allocated to group MS (n = 362) and group non-MS (n : 210) for further determination of the correlation between platelet count and ST-T segment abnormalities via univariate analysis and Logistic regression. Results Platelet count was shown to be the independent risk factor of ST-T segment abnormalities in the general population and patients with MS ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion High platelet count is positively correlated with ST-T segment abnormalities and may serve as an indicator of cardiovascular diseases in patients with ST-T segment abnormalities (esp. those with MS) and should therefore warrant initiation of anti-platelet medications.
