摘 要:杧果大茎点菌Macrophoma mangiferae Hingoroai et Sharma是引起广西杧果象牙品种果腐病的病原菌之一。对杧果大茎点菌和罹病果肉组织,运用病理组织解剖方法,观察到杧果大茎点菌M.mangiferae的子实体在果肉组织中生长发育过程,需经过营养菌丝集结、菌丝球中心组织细胞分化、雏形分生孢子器形成、分生孢子器产生和释放分生孢子等4个阶段。此项研究结果揭示了该类病原菌子实体细胞学发育特点及致病机理。Macrophoma mangiferae Hingoroai et Sharma was one of the pathogens in fruit rot diseases of mango cultivar ' Ivory' in Guangxi Province. In this study, the growth and development of the fruit bodies of M. mangiferae were observed in the diseased pulp tissue using anatomical methods. At the first stage, the nu- trient hyphae were gathered and assembled in hyphal coil. then central tissue of mycelial pellet differentiated. At the third stage, the embryonic pycnidium was formed and finally the developed conidia were released into the mango flesh tissue. The results had revealed that cytological development characteristics of the pathogen fruit body and pathogenic mechanism.
