摘　　要：俄罗斯谋求大国安全观,1992年至今共颁布了三部关于保障经济安全的纲领性文件。从2008～2009年世界经济危机对俄罗斯的影响来看,俄罗斯经济安全存在隐患,这是俄罗斯在2009年提出国家安全战略的重要原因。经济安全是国家安全的基础,保障经济安全是国家利益的需要,影响经济安全的国内外因素具有长期性、潜在性和隐蔽性的特点,俄罗斯保障国家经济安全的做法值得中国等发展中国家借鉴。Russia has sought big country’s security concept. Three framework documents about the economic security were issued since 1992. The world economic crisis,which happened in 2008, revealed the hidden danger in Russian economic security. This is the reason why Russia put forward national security strategy. Economic security is the foundation of national security, ensuring economic safety is the interests of the state. Domestic and external factors influencing the economic security have some characteristics, such as chronicity, dynamis and elusive. The Russian way of ensuring national economic security provided some instructive lessons for China and other developing countries.
