摘  要:针对机械注水泥砂浆法密封近水平钻孔密封性差,导致钻孔利用率低的技术难题,首次提出双阶段注浆封孔方法。介绍了双阶段注浆封孔方法的工艺流程和原理,阐述了水泥砂浆的自收缩效应,建立了钻孔周边缝隙流体泄漏模型,并在常村矿进行了近水平抽放钻孔的密封效果考察试验。结果表明:双阶段注浆封孔方法较传统封孔方法,可有效提高瓦斯抽放浓度值,延长高浓度抽放期;并可使纯瓦斯流量均值平均提高约25%~40%,降低纯瓦斯流量均值的衰减速度,达到高密封性的要求。The effect of using mechanical grouting method to seal nearly horizontal holes is poor, which leads to the technical problem of taw holes utilization rate. Therefore, the double - phases - grouting hole sealing method is put forward. The process and principle of double - phases - grouting hole sealing method are introduced. Cement mortar's self contraction effect is explained, and the model of gas leakage through apertures around the holes is established. A test of this method is carried out at the Changcun mine. The results show that the gas concentration is effectively improved after the application of this method, and the mean pure gas quantity is improved by an average of about 25% ~ 40%, and the decay rate is lower. All in all, the goal of high -compactness is achieved.
