摘 要:白羊岭煤矿15#煤层为缓倾斜突出煤层,由于受断层影响,在掘进过程中频繁面临石门揭煤。预计揭煤地点有断层发育,且均处于采掘应力叠加带。为了确保井底车场副井绕道石门揭煤过程中安全揭穿缓倾斜突出危险性煤层,提出了施工探煤孔控制煤层层位、施工瓦斯超前排放孔、排放钻孔效果检验、安全揭煤的治理模式,并进行了现场实践。结果表明:该方法效果显著,施工安全,消除了石门揭煤中的动力现象,确保了安全揭煤,矿井建设速度得以提高。No.15 coal seam of Baiyangling coal mine is gently inclined outburst coal seam.The workers of the coal mine have to face rock cross-cut coal uncovering frequently because of faults.There are faults in the expected sites of uncovering coal,and the sites are all in the place of mining stress stacked zones.In order to insure that the gently inclined outburst coal seam can be uncovered safely in the process of rock cross-cut coal uncovering in auxiliary shaft of shaft station,the governance modes of constructing exploration holes to control the site of coal seam,constructing advancing gas emission holes,checking the emission effect and safety uncovering coal have been put forward,and site practice has been carried out.Practice result shows that the effect of this method is remarkable,which can eliminate the dynamic phenomenon of uncovering coal to ensure the safety uncovering mine and improve mine construction speed.
