摘　　要：标准规范是现代图书馆发展的一个重要基础,是促进数字图书馆推广工程快速、经济和可持续发展的重要条件。推广工程自建设伊始就非常重视标准规范体系的规划与建设,并制定了数字图书馆推广工程标准规范体系建设原则及框架。今后,还将针对重点领域加快标准规范的制修订,完善标准规范开放建设机制,推进已有标准规范成果的推广与应用,进一步完善工程标准规范体系。图1。参考文献9。The standard is an important foundation for the development of the modem library. It is also an important condition to promote the fast, economic and sustainable development of the Digital Library Promotion Project. From the beginning of the construction of the project, it has attached great importance to the standard system development, and formulated the standard system construction principles and framework. In the future, the project will speed up the standards establishment and revision for the key areas, perfect the opening-up construction mechanism, advance the promotion and application of existing standards, and further improve the standard system of the Digital Library Promotion Project.
