摘　　要：作为数字图书馆推广工程试点省份之一,山西省逐步形成了系统的建设思路与实施路径,在三大文化惠民工程融合发展的基础上,提出了本省公共数字文化建设的理念,并解析了推广工程建设过程中存在的问题。参考文献3。As one of pilot provinces of the Digital Library Promotion Project, Shanxi Province gradually forms the system construction idea and implementation path. Based on the three cultural benefiting projects, Shanxi Province proposes the idea of Shanxi public digital culture construction, and puts forward its own views on the course of the construction of the Digital Library Promotion Project.
