摘　　要：西洛他唑是一种选择性磷酸二酯酶3(PDE3)型抑制剂,具有抗血小扳聚集、血管扩张和抑制动脉硬化的作用。为此本文对其近年来临床应用进行综述。Cilostazol is a selective type 3 phosphodiesterase（PED 3） inhibitor which has the anti-platelet effect and vasodilation,mean while it can prevent the progression of atherosclerosis.In this paper we review recent development of cilostazol regarding its clinical application.
