摘  要:为了研究淫羊藿甙(ICA)对小鼠免疫功能的影响,试验将100只6周龄健康SPF级昆明系小鼠随机分为2组,分别灌服淫羊藿甙和生理盐水,并在试验第0,1,4,7,10,13,16,19天采血进行红细胞、白细胞分类计数及血红蛋白含量的测定;同时制作血涂片进行ANAE+T淋巴细胞的检测;取脾脏、肠系膜淋巴结和胸腺进行组织学观察。结果表明:ICA能增加血液中红细胞、白细胞数量,提高血红蛋白浓度和ANAE+T淋巴细胞比率,但对免疫组织结构的影响则未见眼观变化。说明ICA对小鼠免疫功能具有一定的调节作用,但这种功能的发挥不以免疫组织的结构改变为基础。To research the effect of icariin on the immune function in mice, 100 six- week -old SPF -class healthy Kunming mice were ran- domly divided into two groups and fed with ieariin and normal saline solution. At 0, 1 st, 4th, 7th, lOth, 13th, 16th and 19th days, the white and red blood cell counts were measured and the hemoglobin was determined through blood sampling, and the ANAE + T lymphocytes were de- tected by using blood smear, and the histological changes of spleen, thymus and lymph node were observed. The results show that icariin could increase the quantity of white and red blood cells, and improve the concentration of hemoglobin and the ratio of ANAE + T lymphocytes in blood, but there was no change in the effect of icariin on the structure of the immune tissue. The results indicate that icariin has specific regula- tory role on immune function, hut the improvement of its function doesnt depend on the basis of the structural changes in immune tissue.
