摘　　要：为充分发挥采煤机摇臂扭矩轴安全槽的过载保护功能,对安全槽进行结构改变及槽深改变,并用ANSYS进行静力学分析,结合扭转静强度安全系数获得安全槽的最优化结构来确保发挥扭矩轴在实际生产应用中的作用。In order to made the safety groove of wrench moment axis of rocker-arm of the sheare play a protection when power is overloaded role,we change structure and groove depth of the safety groove and make static analysis of its. We determine the optimal structure of safety groove to ensure that the function of safety groove can be realized in the actual production.
