摘  要:煤壁片帮和冒顶是影响大采高工作面安全生产的主要因素之一。由于煤壁的稳定性与顶板的压力和煤层的物理性质有关,所以减少和释放煤壁内压力是防止煤壁片帮的方法之一。借鉴软岩巷道卸压控制技术,首次提出了利用采煤机滚筒在煤壁开切卸压槽的方法,促使工作面前方支承压力向煤壁深部转移,从而减少工作面片帮事故的发生。Spalling and roof caving is one of main factors to safety production in working face with large mining height. Because of stability of coal wall is relation to roof pressure and physical properties of coal seam, the releasing of pressure is one of method to preventing coal wall spalling. Based on tunnel control technology of pressure releasing, pressure releasing in coal wall with shearer drum is put forward for first time. Because of front abutment pressure will move forward after groove being opened on working face,spalling accident will be reduced.
