摘　　要：针对液压支架ZY6800/09/20在使用过程中出现的推移油缸活塞杆断裂问题进行了分析探讨,用图示方式解析了活塞杆断裂时的实际工况,找出了活塞杆断裂的原因。并提出了解决方法。We have analyzed and discussed the fracture of the moving cylinder piston rod in hydraulic support when the type of ZY6800/09/20 is used. We used the picture to show the actual working conditions when the piston rod arc breaking. The reason of the broken have been found and the way to solve it have been mentioned finally.
