摘　　要：针对等厚圆弧板叶片成形模具加工难度大、费用高的问题,提出了将上模、下模的制作采用分层加工和整体加工相结合的办法,只需普通的加工设备就能完成模具复杂的自由曲面的加工,降低了模具的加工难度和加工费用。现场生产实践证明,用这种模具通过冷压成形的叶片,其几何尺寸符合图纸要求,通风机的整机性能能够达到设计要求。该方法具有加工范围广、加工成本低的特点,具有良好的应用前景。Aimed at the great difficulty and high cost to machine shaping mould of equal-thick circular plate blade, the making of upper mould and lower mould combines the layering machining with whole machining, only demanding common machining equipment to complete complex free surface machining, and reducing the difficulty and the cost. The field production demonstrates that the geometric dimensioning of the cold-pressing blade by this mould meets the demand of drawing, and that the performance of the complete machine reaches the design requirements. This method has a good application prospect because of the wide range of work and the low processing cost.
