复方灌肠液对糖尿病肾病所致肾衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方灌肠液对糖尿病肾病所致肾衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响。方法将符合入选标准的76例临床研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均以西医规范化治疗;治疗组在此同时,给予复方灌肠液灌肠。测定两组治疗前后的超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、肌酐(CREA)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清清蛋白(ALB)、24h尿蛋白定量(24-UPro)、空腹血糖(FBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果治疗后,治疗组患者Hs-CRP、CREA、BUN、24-UPro均较对照组降低,ALB较对照组升高,疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组FBG治疗后下降(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HbA1c治疗前后及组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方灌肠液具有改善糖尿病肾病所致肾衰竭患者的肾功能、营养状况、临床症状和纠正微炎症状态,其作用与血糖控制无关。Objective To study the clinical effects of Compound Enema for microinflammation state in patients with renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy-six patients in our center were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with standard treatment, but treatment group was treated with Compound Enema at the same time. After the end of the study, the serum level of High-sensitivity C-reactive protein （Hs-CRP）, creatinine （CREA）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, albumin （ALB）, 24-hour urine protein （24-Ulgro）, fasting blood glucose （FI3G） and hemoglobin Ato （HbAmc） were tested. Results Compared with control group, the Hs-CRP, CREA, BUN, 24-Upro of treatment group were significantly lower, ALB level was increased, clinical effect was better at the end of study, the differ- ences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. But there was no significant difference in FBS, HbAIc （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Enema can improve renal function, nutritional status, clinical symptoms and correct the micro-inflammatory state in patients with renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy, the results have nothing to do with blood sugar control.
