摘 要:目的探讨与改进复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法在278nm处直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂的吸收值,扣除此处干扰成分水杨酸的吸收值,建立公式计算氯霉素的含量,并将结果与化学滴定法测定结果相比较。结果氯霉素用化学滴定法测定终点不易准确判断,改进为紫外分光光度法则更准确、简便。结论本法简便、快速、准确,适用于医疗机构制剂的快速质量控制。Objective To discuss and improve the assay method of Chloramphenicol in Fufang Lvmeisu Xiji. Methods The general absorbtion and the absorbtion of salicylic acid in 278 nm were determined by ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry, and the figture of the former subtract the latter was considered as the absorbtion of Chloramphenicol. According to the Lambert-Beer Law, then, a format was esblished in order to count the content of Chloramphenicol, and a contract could be taken between this metod and chemical titration method. Results The UV method was more accurate and simplistic than the chemical titration method. Conclusion The proved UV method is applicable to quality control of the pharmaceutical preparations dispensed in hospitals.
