大黄、芒硝联合胰岛素治疗切口脂肪液化的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄、芒硝外敷加胰岛素冲洗对剖宫产术后脂肪液化的影响。方法选择剖宫产术后脂肪液化患者139例,分为观察组68例,给予大黄、芒硝外敷加胰岛素高渗糖冲洗切口;对照组71例,给予常规换药加抗生素治疗,观察切口感染情况、体温升高情况、切口感染积脓情况、愈合情况。结果观察组愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),乙级愈合率明显高于对照组,发热率、感染率明显低于对照组。结论大黄、芒硝外敷加胰岛素在促进切口脂肪液化愈合、缩短愈合时间、减少产褥病率及切口感染率方面有明显作用。Objective To observe the effect of external application of rhubarb and mirabilite combined with insulin irrigation on the fat liquefaction after cesarean section. Methods One hundred and thirty-nine cases of patients with fat liquefaction after cesarean section were chosen and divided into two groups： 68 cases of observation group were given the external application of rhubarb and mirabilite combined with insulin hyperosmotic glucose irrigation on incisions; 71 cases of control group were given the treatment of normal dressing change and antibiotics. The conditions of incision infection, fer- vescence, incision empyema and healing were observed. Results The healing days of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P 〈 0.01）, the second healing rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the fever rate, infection rate were all significantly lower than those of control group. Conclusion The external application of rhubarb and mirabilite combined with insulin has obvious effects in promoting the healing of fat liquefaction of incisions, cutting healing time, reducing the incidence of puerperalism and the infection rate of incisions.
