优质护理在极低出生体重儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在极低出生体重儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的临床应用效果。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月本院收治的极低出生体重儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿52例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合优质护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组痊愈率为88.5%,对照组痊愈率为73.1%,两组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对极低出生体重儿呼吸窘迫综合征具有明显的临床效果,值得临床护理推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application efficacy of quality care in very low birth weight infants with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Fifty-two cases of low birth weight infants with respiratory distress syndrome from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected, who were divided into observation group and control group, 26 cases in each group, control group were given rountine care, observation group were given quality care on the basis of rountine care, the nursing care efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of observation group was 88.5%, the control group was 73.1%, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Quality care in very low birth weight infants with respiratory distress syndrome has obvious clinical effect, is worth the promotion and application of clinical nursing.
