摘　　要：膜层的厚度是影响DCG窄带反射滤光片性能指标的一个重要因素 ,本文应用分层介质膜理论对其进行了理论计算 ,计算中应用了均匀光学厚度的假设。Thickness of DCG film is one of the key factors influencing the technical targets of DCG narrow bandwidth reflection filter.Under the assumption that optical thickness interval in the film is uniform,technical parameters in fabrication are worked out with the help of Multi layer Optical Film Theory and computer programs.
