摘 要:在0.10 mm厚的铜基材料上进行化学镀镍磷合金层后,利用微型储能焊机对薄板进行了焊接试验,通过扫描电镜及拉伸试验机对该焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究分析。结果表明:焊接接头由熔核、熔合区和热影响区组成,在储能焊接头中形成了规则的扁平熔核,基体与增强相金属过渡良好。通过拉伸试验可知,焊接接头抗剪切强度可达26.56 MPa,焊点的断裂为韧性延性断裂,避免了脆性断裂,十分适合工程连接。The paper is mainly about the micro energy storage welder O. 10 mm thick copper on the base material of electroless plating Ni-P alloy coatings. The welding sheet was tested with scanning electron microscope and tensile tester welding joints for this material of microstructure and mechanical properties were studied and analyzed. The results of the study indicate that : welding joint nuclear, fusion area by melting and heat affected zone, in energy storage welding head of the fiat formed regular fusion nuclear, and the transition between the base and strengthening phase metal matrix is good. Stretching testing shows that the welding joint shear strength is 26.56 Ma, which has typical delay characteristic, and is enough to suspend crack in electronic packaging industy.
