安定配伍芬太尼在绝经后期妇女取环术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察安定配伍芬太尼在绝经后期妇女取环术中的镇痛效果。方法绝经1年以上要求取出金属单环者159例,术前均口服结合雌激素片0.625 mg,1次/d,连服10 d来院取环,随机分为2组,观察组:术前静脉推注芬太尼及安定后取环;对照组:直接行取环手术。结果观察组无痛率为96.20%,取环顺利率为92.41%,无一例发生心脑综合征,两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论安定配伍芬太尼用于绝经后期妇女取环术,镇痛效果显著,宫口松弛好,并发症发生率低。Objective To observe the relieving pain effect of vaiium and fentanyl in postmenopausal women ring fetching surgery. Methods 159 cases of menopausal for more than one year required taking single metal ring, the patients were taken orally conjugated estrogens tablets 0. 625 mg before ring fetching surgery, once daily, time of therapy was 10 dl The patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group was given fentanyl and valium in- travenously respectively before ring fetching surgery;control group was operated directly. Results The painless rate of observation group was 96. 20% ,smooth rate was 92. 41% ,no heart and brain syndrome was detected,there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The relieving pain effect of valium and fentanyl in postmenopausal women ring fetching surgery is remarkable, uterine orifice is relax, complication incidence is low.
