液质联用法检测减肥类保健品中非法掺入的化学品

摘　　要：目的建立检测减肥类中药制剂和保健品中非法掺入的12种化学品的液质联用方法,并对53批监督抽样的样品进行检测。方法采用液相色谱-离子阱质谱法,选用C18柱,以甲醇-20 mmol/L醋酸铵(0.1%冰醋酸)为流动相,对样品的提取液进行分析。结果对53批受试制剂检测发现,16批非法掺有盐酸西布曲明,3批非法掺有酚酞。结论该法选择性强,灵敏度高,可以作为分析检测非法中药制剂及保健品的仲裁方法。Objective To develop a liquid chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry method for the detection of compounds illegally added into traditional Chinese medicine and health food for reducing weight, and test 53 formulations. Methods The organic extract of the samples was analyzed on a C18 column with mobile phase of methanol- 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate （0. 1% glacial acetic acid）. Results Sibutramine hydrochloride was found in 16 for- rnulations,phenolphthalein was found in 3 formulations. Conclusion The method is selective and sensitive,and it can be used to detect illegal traditional Chinese medicine.
