摘　　要：目的了解门诊及住院患者用药基本情况和存在的问题。方法采用回顾分析方法,抽查2010年7-12月门诊处方8 550张、出院病历1 360份,统计、分析欠规范和不合理用药处方。结果不合格处方占抽查处方总数的19.6%,不合格病历占抽查病历的12.9%。主要表现为无指征用药,联合用药不合理,药物用法用量不正确,用药起点过高,不符合药物经济学原则等。结论仍需不断完善临床用药质量管理,促进临床合理用药,减少医疗风险。Objective To understand the basic medication situation of outpatients and inpatients. Methods 8 550 of outpatient prescriptions and 1 360 of discharged medical records were sampled from July to December in 2010,and the less standardized and irrational prescriptions were analyzed retrospectively. Results Unqualified prescriptions accounted for 19. 6% , and the unqualified medical records accounted for 15.2%. The main menifestation were as follows ： irrational combination therapy, incorrect drug dosage or uses, higher start point of medication, not confirming to pharrnacoeconomics principles. Condusion It needs to constantly improve the quality of medication management, and promote rational use of clinical drugs and reduce medical risks.
