摘　　要：分析了平方率检波管的瞬时响应、对标准正弦信号的响应和对随机噪声信号的响应特点 ,研究了不同类型的输入信号通过检波管的作用过程和平方率检波管输入功率 -输出电压曲线的非线性因子对这种响应的影响。在上述分析的基础上提出了微波辐射计系统中检波管选择的指导性原则。In this paper,the responses of the square-law detector to the standard sine signal,to the noise-like signal and to a pulse-modulated noise-like signal are analyzed.Comparisons of the effect of the nonlinear factors of the input power-output voltage curve to these different signals are made.As a result,some instructive suggestions about the selections of detectors for microwave radiometer are given.
