妊娠贫血对心电图ST段改变的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠妇女贫血对心电图ST段改变的影响。方法随机选择104例门诊行孕期检查的妊娠妇女,根据血常规检查血红蛋白水平分为贫血组和正常组,分析两组心电图ST段改变的导联。结果贫血组较正常组心电图Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF、V4、V5、V6导联ST段下移病例与正常组相比明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠妇女贫血是引起心电图ST段改变的因素之一。Objective To explore the influence of anemia on ST segment in electrocardiogram of pregnant women. Methods One hun- dred and four pregnant women were selected for this study. All these patients were divided into two groups according to their hemoglobin levels ： a- nemic group and normal group, and changes of ST segment in every lead of their electrocardiograms were observed. Results The depression of ST segment in electrocardiograms of pregnant women in anemic group was more significant in Ⅱ, Ⅲ, avF, V4, V5 and V6 leads. Conclusion Ane- mia is one of factors inducing ST segment depression in electrocardiograms of pregnant women.
