育之缘口嚼片治疗少弱精症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察"育之缘口嚼片"对少弱精症患者的疗效。方法将符合诊断条件的50例患者随机分为两组各25例,研究组给予"育之缘口嚼片"治疗3个月,对照组给予"葡萄糖酸锌片+维生素E胶丸"治疗3个月。结果两组治疗方法对改善患者精液质量均有一定效果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "育之缘口嚼片"对于少弱精症疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of ＂Yuzhiyuan, Chewable Pills＂ to patients with oligospermia asthenozoospermia. Methods All 50 patients meeting diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the study group was given ＂Yuzhiyuan, Chewable Pills＂, and the control group was treated with ＂zinc gluconate＋vitamin E capsules ＂ for 3 months. Results Both groups improved the quality of semen significantly （P 〈 0.05）, but the therapeutic effect in the study group showed better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Yuzhiyuan, Chewable Pills＂ is worthy of clinical application for treatment of oligospermia asthenozoospermia.
