摘　　要：目的复习回顾卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT特点,减少误诊。方法对7例经手术、病理证实为卵泡膜细胞瘤患者的CT图像回顾分析。结果肿瘤均为单侧单发,边界清楚,病灶以实质成分为主,大病灶实质成分多位于偏侧或周围,增强扫描实质部分不强化或轻微强化。结论各地病理诊断存在差异,影像诊断报道也存在明显的矛盾,但卵泡膜瘤-纤维瘤组肿瘤有一定的CT共性特征。Objective Reviewed the CT characteristics of the ovarian thecoma in order to reduce misdiagnosis. Methods CT images of 7 cases with surgery and pathology proved were analyzed retrospectively. Results Tumor were unilateral and single with clear boundary, and mainly in substantive ingredients. The substance of the large tumor were located in the lat- eralization or the surrounding. The substantial part had no enhancement or slight strengthening in enhanced scan. Conclusion Ovarian theeoma pathological diagnosis were different, Imaging diagnostic reports were also obvious contradiction, but tumor in the thecoma-fivroma group had some common characteristics of CT.
