介入再通灌注术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗78例输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对介入再通灌注术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效进行分析。方法 157例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为对照组79例和治疗组78例,对照组采用灌注生理盐水、庆大霉素、α糜蛋白酶和地塞米松混合液,治疗组在对照组基础上联合丹参注射液灌注,随访24个月,对比两组患者12个月末输卵管通畅情况,12个月内、24个月内宫内妊娠和输卵管妊娠情况。结果 12个月末,组间输卵管完全通畅率比较,P<0.01;12个月内,组间宫内妊娠发生率比较,P<0.05;24个月内,组间宫内妊娠发生率比较,P<0.01。结论介入再通灌注术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效确切,可以提高功能妊娠率和降低输卵管妊娠率,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To analyze the curative effects of interventional recanalization perfusion combined with Danshen injection perfusion in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods All of 157 patients with oviduct obstructive infertility were randomly divided into the control group with 79 patients and the treatment group with 78 patients. The control group received the perfusion of saline solution, gentamicin, chymotrypsin α and dexamethasone mixture and the treatment group received additional Danshen injection perfusion on the basis of the control group. Both groups were followed up for 24 months. The tubal patency at the end of the 12th month was compared between the two groups and the intrauterine pregnancy and tubal pregnancy situation within 12 months and 24 months were also compared. Results At the end of the 12th month, P 〈 0.01 comparing the complete patency rates between the two groups; P 〈 0.05 comparing the intrauterine pregnancy incidences within 12 months between the two groups; P 〈 0.01 comparing the tubal pregnancy incidences within 24 months between the two groups. Conclusion Interventional recanalization perfusion combined with Danshen injection perfusion is effective in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility and can improve the function pregnancy rate and reduce the oviduct pregnancy rate, thereby worthy of further clinical research.
