西洋参联合盐酸米多君治疗老年血液透析患者低血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察西洋参联合盐酸米多君对老年患者血液透析相关性低血压的影响,探讨西洋参联合盐酸米多君对老年患者透析相关性低血压的疗效。方法选择30例血液透析中出现低血压的老年血液透析患者,随机分为治疗组(西洋参联合盐酸米多君组)及对照组(盐酸米多君组),进行为期6个月的研究,观察用药前后血液透析过程中血压情况。结果两组患者经过治疗后,舒张压和收缩压下降的幅度与治疗前相比均减小,并且西洋参联合盐酸米多君治疗组优于单用盐酸米多君治疗组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西洋参联合盐酸米多君治疗老年尿毒症患者血液透析相关性低血压有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of Panax quinquefolius combined midodrine hydrochloride on hemodialysisrelated hypotension in elderly patients. Methods A total of 30 cases of dialysis-related hypotension of the elderly hemodial ysis patients were randomly divided into treatment group （Panax quinquefolius combined midodrine group） and control group （midodrine group）, observed the blood pressure of before and after treatment in during hemodialysis for six-month. Results The diastolic and systolic blood pressure of two groups were lower than before treatment. Panax quinquefolius joint midodrine were better than a single midodrine,the difference is statistically significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Panax quinquefolius joint midodrine is worthy of promotion for elderly patients with uremia Dialysis-related hypotension.
