风险管理在胎儿脐带绕颈产程护理过程中应用的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在胎儿脐带绕颈产程护理过程中的应用效果。方法随机选择2010年3月～2011年3月(风险管理前)和2011年4月～2012年4月(风险管理后)在我院产科住院治疗的160例胎儿脐带绕颈病例作为研究对象,根据有无实施风险管理分为对照组和观察组,对照组仅给予常规护理措施,观察组根据经验总结胎儿脐带绕颈产程护理过程中风险种类制定的护理干预措施进行护理,比较两组风险管理前后胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、基础护理合格率及产妇对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组胎儿宫内窘迫和新生儿窒息发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组产妇基础护理合格率和产妇对护理服务的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能够明显减少胎儿宫内窘迫和新生儿窒息发生率,明显提高产妇基础护理合格率和产妇对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the risk management applications effect in the fetal umbilical cord around the neck of labor in the care process. Methods All 160 cases of fetal umbilical cord around the neck were randomly divided into control group without Risk Management from March 2010 to March 2011, and observation group with Risk Management from April 2011 to April 2012 in our hospital. The control group was received conventional care measures, and the observation group was received nursing interventions which were based on experience of nursing risk events in the fetal umbilical cord around the neck in the labor care process. The fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, satisfaction of basic nursing pass rate and maternal care services between the two groups were compared before and after the risk management. Results The fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05）. The eligible rate of maternal basic nursing and satisfaction with maternal care services in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing risk management can reduce the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia obviously, and increase the eligible rate of maternal basis of nursing and satisfaction with maternal care services significantly, and worthy of further promotion.
