中医药院校西医外科实习中如何重视基本问题

摘　　要：作者通过在中医药院校三十余年的西医外科教学经验,体会到培养实习医师的职业道德和人文素质与传授知识和技能同样重要;要重视外科基本功的训练,指导他们积极地参与临床治疗、教学查房、外科专题讲座;及时掌握外科新技术、新疗法,不断鼓励和激发实习医生的创新思维能力,参与外科临床科研工作和解决医疗实践中遇到的新问题;培养他们经常阅读有关专著及医学文献,掌握和利用多媒体化、网络化、虚拟化的理论和技术。避免了中医药院校的外科学生进入社会后出现"高分低能"现象,使他们在临床工作中成为一名真正的现代外科医生。By more than thirty years＇ experience of western medicine surgery in traditional Chinese medicine colleges, the author has realized that the training of medical interns in professional ethics and humanity spirit is equally important as in medical knowledge and skills. Attention should be paid to the training of basic surgical skills by guiding interns to actively participate in the clinical treatment, teaching ward-round, surgical seminars. Interns should be encouraged to broaden their horizon and to strengthen their creative thinking capacity by grasping the new surgical technology and new therapies. They are also encouraged to participate in surgery clinical research and solve new problems encountered in medical practice. Interns should often read related monograph and medical literature, master and take advantage of multimedia, network-based, virtualization theories and technology. All the above training methods are to avoid the surgical students in institutions of Chinese medicine becoming ＂high score and low capacity＂ doctors after entering into the society, and to help them become a real modern surgeon in clinical practice.
