摘 要:目的通过筛选反映医院医疗业务开展情况的部分统计指标进行综合评价分析,为医院管理与发展及持续改进提供科学依据。方法采用综合评价分析方法对某医院2011年整体综合效益进行评价。结果医院管理规范、科学、有的放矢。2011年医院管理及综合效益6月份最优,1月份最差。结论医院发展势头良好,符合医院发展实际,与医院工作计划相符。运用综合评价分析方法评价医院效益,资料对比清晰、数字可信、结果一目了然,具有计算直观、应用方便、实用性强的特点。Objective To provide scientific basis for the management, development and continuous improvement of hospitals through evaluating part of the statistical indicators reflecting the implementation situation of medical operation. Methods The overall comprehensive benefits of one hospital in 2011 were evaluated using the comprehensive evaluation and analysis method. Results The hospital management was standardized, scientific and specific. The management and comprehensive benefits of the hospital in 2011 reached the best in June and the worst in January. Conclusion The hospital has a good momentum of development, which is in accordance with the practice and the work plan of the hospital. Evaluating the hospital benefits using the comprehensive evaluation and analysis method shows clear data comparison, reliable figures and distinct results, with the features of intuitive calculation, convenient application and strong practicability.
