感冒非处方中成药之中西复方制剂不良反应的文献分析

摘　　要：目的通过检索常用的感冒类非处方中成药不良反应发生情况,为安全使用感冒类非处方中成药提供参考。方法规定中成药范围包括:中西药复方制剂。采用回顾性研究方法,通过检索药物不良反应杂志和CNKI中文数据库,收集常用的感冒类非处方中成药的不良反应的相关文献,对资料进行整理和分析。结果检索用于治疗感冒的非处方中成药89种,经上述数据库报道,有不良反应发生情况的中成药2种,分别为维C银翘片和新复方大青叶片。涉及病例14例。结论虽然非处方药的特点是药效确定、相对安全、使用方便、毒副作用小,不良反应发生几率低,但药物安全性不容忽视,也需要考虑其不良反应并合理使用。Objective To provide a reference for the safe use of nonprescription Chinese medicine using in influenza,the study retrieve the incidence of adverse reactions of influenza-like Nonprescription Chinese medicine.Methods The scope of Chinese medicine was set in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Used by the research methods of regression,retrieved in Adverse Drug Reactions Journal and Chinese Journal Full Database,the related literatures which reflect the adverse reactions of influenza-like Nonprescription Chinese medicine was collected,and the data was organized and analyzed.Results Reported by above database,there were 2 pieces of Influenza-like Nonprescription Chinese Medicine adverse reaction occurred among the 89 pieces of Influenza-like Nonprescription Chinese Medicine retrieved,including Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets and New Fufang Daqingye Tablets,and involving 14 cases.Conclusion Nonprescription drugs are characterized by clear efficacy,relative safe,convenient,low toxicity and low probability of adverse events,but we cannot ignore the safety of drugs and also need to consider its adverse reactions and to use it rationally.
