醋氯芬酸、根痛平颗粒及甲钴胺联合治疗驾驶兵下腰痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价醋氯芬酸、根痛平颗粒及甲钴胺联合治疗驾驶兵下腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择2010年3月~2012年3月在我院门诊就诊的保守治疗腰痛伴下肢神经症状的南京军区某司训大队伤病员360例,应用醋氯芬酸、根痛平颗粒及甲钴胺联合治疗,于治疗后第1、2、4周分别应用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和Oswestry功能障碍指数评价疗效。结果治疗1、2、4周后,所有患者临床症状均有不同程度改善。VAS评分及Oswestry指数在治疗后明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗后1周患者下腰痛症状明显改善,治疗后4周患者下腰痛症状基本缓解。结论醋氯芬酸、根痛平颗粒及甲钴胺联合用药能显著缓解腰痛及下肢神经症状,明显提高驾驶兵伤病员的战斗力及生活质量,疗效明确。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of triple combination therapy with Aceclofenac,Root Pain Granule and Methylcobalamin for driving soldiers with low back pain.Methods 360 cases of outpatients with low back pain from Nanjing military region treated conservatively in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected.All cases were treated with triple combination therapy with Aceclofenac,Root Pain Granule and Methylcobalamin.Clinical effect was evaluated by VAS and Oswestry disability index at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Clinical symptoms of patients were all improved in varying degrees at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores and Oswestry disability index significantly decreased after treatment（P 0.01）;symptoms of low back pain at 1 week after treatment were significantly improved,which were completely remitted after 4 weeks＇ treatment.Conclusion Combination therapy with Aceclofenac,Root Pain Granule and Methylcobalamin can significantly alleviate symptoms of low back pain and neurological symptoms,which can obviously improve driving soldiers＇ fighting capacity and quality of life,the curative effect is clear.
