热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎96例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及安全性。方法将确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎的192例患儿随机分为治疗组(Ⅰ组)96例与对照组(Ⅱ组)96例,在常规对症、支持等处理的基础上,Ⅰ组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,剂量为0.5mL(/kg·d),Ⅱ组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,剂量为10mg/(kg·d),静脉滴注,1d1次,3d为1个疗程,观察其疗效及安全性。结果Ⅰ组总有效率为94.79%,痊愈率为63.54%,显效率为31.25%,治疗过程中有6例患儿出现恶心、胃部不适等轻微不良反应,给予控制滴速后症状即随之缓解;Ⅱ组总有效率为70.83%,痊愈率为48.96%,显效率为21.87%,治疗过程中有9例患儿出现哭闹、皮疹等不良反应,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效确切,未见明显的不良反应,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with herpes pharyngeal angina. Methods One hundred and ninety-two children with herpes pharyngeal angina were randomly divided into treatment group （group Ⅰ） with 96 cases and control group （group Ⅱ） with 96 cases, group Ⅰ was given Reduning Injection therapy with dose for 0.5 mL/（kg·d） based on the conventional and support processing, group Ⅱ was given Ribavirin Injection with the dose of 10 mg/（kg·d）, intravenous infusion, once a day, three days for a course of treatment, the efficacy and safety were observed. Results After treatment for 3 days, the total effective rate of group Ⅰ was 94.79%, cure rate was 63.54%, markedly effective rate was 31.25%, 6 children with nausea, stomach dis-comfort, minor adverse reactions in the course of treatment, their symptoms had eased when the drip rate were controlled; the total effective rate of group Ⅱ was 70.83%, cure rate was 48.96%, markedly effective rate was 21.87%, 9 children with crying, rash and other adverse reactions in the course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups in compare were significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with herpes angina has a exact effect with no significant adverse reactions, so it is worthy of further promotion and application.
