缬沙坦和冬虫夏草制剂联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦和冬虫夏草制剂联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法随机选取在本院治疗的2型糖尿病肾病患者80例分为对照组和观察组。对照组(40例)服用缬沙坦,观察组(40例)在此基础上加用冬虫夏草制剂。治疗后对比两组患者治疗前后的血尿检查和临床疗效。结果观察组24h尿微量清蛋白排泄率(UAE)显著下降,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组疗效高于对照组,P<0.05。结论缬沙坦和冬虫夏草制剂联合使用可降低2型糖尿病肾病患者的蛋白尿水平。Objective To explore the clinic effect of valsartan and cordyceps preparation in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group （n = 40） took valsartan, the observation group （n = 40） used cordyceps preparation based on the control group. The blood and urine examination and clinic effect of two groups were compared. Results UAE of the observation group decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the differences had statistically significant （P 0.05）; The therapeutical effect of observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan and cordyceps preparation combined using can reduce the proteinuria levels of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
