关节镜下髁间窝成形联合补肾通痹汤熏洗治疗骨关节炎屈曲畸形的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察关节镜下髁间窝成形联合补肾通痹汤熏洗治疗骨关节屈曲畸形的临床治疗效果。方法选取50例骨关节屈曲畸形患者,按入院的时间将其分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组患者在关节镜下进行髁间窝成形手术,然后联合补肾通痹汤进行熏洗治疗;对照组患者单纯进行关节镜下的髁间窝成形手术进行治疗。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下髁间窝成形联合补肾通痹汤熏洗的治疗方式对于骨关节炎屈曲畸形的治疗有着较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic intercondylar fossa forming combined Bushen Tongbi soup fumigation in treatment of osteoarthritis with flexion deformity. Methods Fifty cases of patients suffered from flexion deformity of bone joint were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to hospitalization time. Patients in treatment group were given arthroscopic intercondylar fossa forming surgery combined with Bushen Tongbi soup fumigation; patients in control group were only given arthroscopic intercondylar fossa forming surgery. Results The treatment effect of treatment group was better than control group. The differences of total effective rate had statistically significant between two groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of arthroscopic intercondylar fossa forming combined Bushen Tongbi soup fumigation in treatment of osteoarthritis with flexion deformity is good.
