摘　　要：在建立绿色建筑设计价值观的基础上,通过镇江丹徒高新园区信息中心的设计解析,从前期分析、设计整合和技术集成等方面阐述了面向普通建筑的绿色设计策略。认为应加强对绿色建筑内涵的整体理解,并总结了绿色建筑系统观、建筑设计主导观、地方化与产业化的互补观3项实践启示。Based on establishing values of green building design and analysis of the project, this paper gives an account of the green design tactics for ordinary building in aspects of pre-analysis, overall planning and technical integration. It thinks that the integral understanding of green building connotation should be emphasized, and it makes summarization on the systematical view of green building, the oriented view of building design and the complementation between localization and industrialization.
