摘 要:相控阵天线由于单元间互耦、器件的制造、组装误差、老化、热变形和组件更换的影响而产生幅相误差 ,必须进行校准和补偿。文中提出一种新的校准方法 ,先在相同的频率和环境条件下分别进行 FFT外校准和初次 FFT内校准确定内外场校正系数 ,然后在雷达使用期间只需作天线 FFT内校准就可获得理想的精度。用一 2 4单元实验阵列对此作了实验验证。此方法具有低设备量和高校准精度 ,适用于一维、二维相控阵雷达 。A phased array antenna requires calibration and compensation of amplitude/phase errors due to element mutual coupling,component manufacturing and assembly tolerances,ageing,thermal distortion and component replacement. A new method is presented by that external/internal field correction coefficients are determined by FFT external calibration and the first period of FFT internal calibration at the same frequency and environment, and then the internal calibration will be done only in radar working time. The method has been verified on a 24 elements linear experimental array. The method has the feature of using less equipment to obtain higher accuracy, which can be used for calibration of the 1 D and 2 D phased array radar, specially for the calibration of airborne or ground based mobile phased array radar.
