摘 要:采用冷气动力喷涂技术在工业用IF钢表面制备出了304不锈钢涂层,随后对涂层进行真空热处理,研究了真空热处理对其组织、结合强度、硬度及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:304不锈钢冷喷态涂层在1 000,1 100℃真空热处理2h后,涂层发生了回复与再结晶,组织畸变程度和硬度降低,1 100℃热处理2h后涂层的硬度达到200HV0.2;真空热处理使涂层的自腐蚀电位从冷喷态时的-319mV提高到-240mV(SCE),涂层表现出了良好的耐腐蚀性能。304 stainless steel coating was deposited on industrial IF steel by a cold gas dynamic spraying technology, and vacuum heat treatment was applied to the coating to study the effects of the treatment on microstructure, bond strength, hardness and corrosion resistance of cold-sprayed 304 stainless steel coating. The results show that recovery and recrystallization happened after the as-sprayed 304 stainless steel coating was heat- treated at 1 000, 1 100 ℃for 2 h in vacuum, the distortion degree and hardness of the coating decreased and the coating was more compact. After vacuum heat treatment at 1 100 ℃for 2 h, the hardness of the 304 stainless steel coating achieved 200 HV0. 2. Vacuum heat treatment made the corrosion potential of the 304 stainless steel coating increased to -240 mV from -319 mV(SCE) in as-sprayed state, and the coating showed good corrosion resistaneo
