摘 要:研究了HSLA100钢在两相区二次淬火时淬火温度对组织和屈强比的影响。结果表明:HSLA100钢在两相区二次淬火后形成了铁素体和M/A岛的混合组织;700℃淬火时,沿板条状铁素体分布着少量岛状组织;随淬火温度的升高,岛状组织数量增多且粗化,同时铁素体形貌从单一的板条状逐渐向多边形状转变,且其中的位错密度降低;当淬火温度升到820℃时,其显微组织又恢复到板条贝氏体;试验钢的屈强比在700~740℃温度范围内从0.94持续下降至0.67,而在740~780℃区间内波动很小(约为0.67),当温度超过780℃后又大幅上升。Effects of secondary quenching temperature on microstructure and yield ratio of HSLA (high strength low alloy) 100 steel in the two-phase region were investigated. The results show that the mixed microstructure of ferrite and the M-A (martensite-austenite) islands were obtained in the two-phase region after secondary quenching. A small amount of island structure distributing along the lath ferrite was observed when quenching temperature was 700 ℃. With the increase of quenching temperature the island structure increased in the number and coarsened in the shape, and the ferrite morphology gradually changed from a single lath to the multilateral shape with the decrease of the dislocation density. When quenching temperature was 820 ℃, the microstrueture reverted to lath bainite. The yield ratio of the test steel continually declined from 0. 94 to 0. 67 in the range of quenching temperature from 700 ℃ to 740 ℃, but kept a very small fluctuation in the range of 740-780 ℃(about O. 67), and finally raised sharply at quenching temperatures above 780 ℃.
