摘　　要：利用快速成型技术和复合陶瓷型壳技术制备叶轮发泡模具电火花加工电极的精密铸造型壳,实现了电极的快速精密铸造。实践表明,使用该工艺铸造的电极具有尺寸精度高、表面光洁度好的特点,可满足模具电火花加工的使用要求。The rapid prototype technology and complex ceramic mould shell technology was used to make precision casting mould shell of electric spark machining electrode for machining impeller＇s foaming mould,the fast precision casting of electrodes was realized.Practice shows that the electrodes made by the process have good dimensions precision and surface glabrous degree,can meet the use needs of the mould＇s electric spark machining.
